Allergy Therapies

An allergy is an exaggerated or abnormal reaction to a substance or physical state harmless to most other people. The cause is due to immune system dysfunction.

Allergies can be seasonal, intermittent, or constant and usually involve the skin, nose, throat, sinuses, eyes, lungs, and digestive tract. Chronic hives, eczema, sinus congestion, bowel problems, migraine headaches, and joint problems are only a few examples of allergy related conditions.

Accurate diagnosis of the offenders is the first step to treatment. Desensitization, also called immuno-therapy, phenolic therapy, natural antihistamines, environment control and a host of herbal and homeopathic medications to stabilize the immune system are the mainstay of therapy at KNC. By giving the body minute regular doses of the main allergens, or autovaccines made from ones own blood or urine, immune tolerance can be achieved so that natural exposure does not trigger an abnormal response.

Whether it be food, dust, molds, pollens, animals, or chemical allergies, KNC can usually provide an effective solution.
