Kamut Grain

Kamut grain is an ancient relative of durum wheat. It contains 20-40 % of more protein, and is higher in fats, amino acids, vitamin and mineral content than regular wheat. It can be purchased as flour for baking or in premade products like bread, pasta, crackers, etc. Kamut is an excellent alternative for those with wheat sensitivities.
